Yes — all tools listed on this page are approved and verified by ATS Systems. Only download and run them when directed by one of our technicians. Never run a tool downloaded from another source claiming to be from us.
No. The one-time session tool does not install permanently and can be safely deleted once your session ends. If you need ongoing remote access as a managed client, your technician will install the separate managed agent.

It depends on the tool and your service agreement. Microsoft 365 apps can typically be installed on up to 5 devices per licence. For ESET, Keeper, and other managed tools, your licence coverage is defined in your ATS Systems agreement. Contact us to confirm what's covered.
